Truck doesnt want to start once warm.

Hey guys, just cranked my truck and let it run a few minutes. I was showing my mom that i had finished the truck...cranked it up and ran it for a minute or so...after lunch i decided to drive it around the block for the first time. I cranked it after a minute or so it got semi warm, then died. Now it wont start unless i spray so starting fluid in there then it will only run a few seconds. Any Ideas???

I really have no idea because nearly everything on it is new or rebuilt including the carburetor and wiring.
