I may have seen one or two "in the wild", but other than my own, I don't think I've seen more than about 15 FFPW's total.
There's one guy near me who drives his truck everyday. Other than that one, I haven't seen one on the road for more than 20 years. And, the last one before that was in about 1963.
I did see a few parked FFPW's at Ed Bateman's get together a couple years ago.
I have never seen a FFPW at a California car show including the Route 66 Rendezvous or the Mopar Spring Fling, both of which draw hundreds of vehicles.
