That photo was given to me by Bill Garland years ago. I scanned it a long time ago. I believe I have the hardware to get a better scan now, just can't show a better one here.
I think the truck was fresh off the assembly line judging by the grease paint on the windows, the stickers, the wipers securely taped to the windshield, and the protective sheath and wired tag on the leader chain. I don't really think it was photographed sitting at the Warren Truck plant. The surroundings don't look quite right, and it does not match the composed photography normally seen in Chrysler photos. It may have been waiting in a storage yard to be later shipped by rail.
There is a lot of dust on the truck, but judging by the way the fenders and rest of the truck body have very little contrast in the B&W photo, I am guessing the truck was painted red. Blue and Green tend to show more contrast with black in B&W photos.
