Yep, but the ones I have seen have such a small allen head opening that I don't think there is any advantage to using them.
Just use new screws with a nice clean slot. The key to not having problems getting them out is to not use a standard screw driver.
Very few of us have a large enough screw driver to completely fill the slot. If you use a smaller screw driver, you will surely strip out the slot.
Harbor Freight has a set of sockets with short screw driver blades. The largest socket is just big enough. I have cut down a socket used to adjust drag links. It works fine in getting out the brake drum screws.
