Can you run Lockers and 489s with a 251?

Just wondering if a stock 251 has enough power to power all 4 corners of the truck through deep snow and mud.
If not, then how about with the 583s?
I purchased a couple of ARB lockers expecting to install them in the repower FFPW project, but that one might be going in a different direction so I would like to install them in the '71 FFPW that will remain a stock restoration.
