I've been a little negligent recently in checking the Forum and see you were trying to contact Ficken Wiper Service. They are located about 8 miles from me and I can take a ride to see what's going on, if you want.
They've been around since the late 60's and are into the second generation, and possibly the third by now. It's a small shop located on the same property as the owners home.
