O.T. Wife's Dodge Caravan

Anyone know why after the wife fills the tank on her '05 Grand Caravan after a half mile down the road the van will start to buck and stall like it's starving for fuel. After about 10 seconds of that the engine smooths out and the problem doesn't reappear until the next fill up...
