Unusual cab heater

This came out of my 57 PW cab. Not at all factory I'm sure. It's unusual in that the heater core wraps around all four sides of the shell, and the fan pulls air through the core and out the louvers. Appears to be a large capacity heater, strange for a truck out of Arizona.
