Marty, my tires look perfect too. The rubber is nice and supple with no visible signs of aging, cracking, or other problems.
Product liability in a sue happy world. I'm sure bean counters and lawyers are the reason for the warnings. After all, if you put a life span on the tires, you sell more tires. No commercial enterprise can afford to run out of date tires on their vehicles in case of mishap. The lawyers would eat them for lunch.
