I'm glad your rings came off easy. We broke down 6 combat rims today, and every one of the rings gave us trouble Once the tire beads are broken, I think split rings are easier.
And we will be ordering a lot of new studs. They seem to be rather soft, given how may broke when we removed the nuts.
