Yea, I was in high school 68-71 and remember throwing pocket change together to fuel an evening of cruising the short loop around town. My buddy had a dodge convertible with Cragera mags, Hurst floor shifter and 8 track tape deck. I think it was a Polaris. That car could lay down some rubber! (took a little more money to buy the Rolling Rock to fuel us) Jim
Oh Yea, Dad's elevated farm gas tank sponsered a lot of cruising but I'm not sure he ever knew.
