60 PG running boards

Does anyone know what years running boards fit on the cab of our 1960 D500 I bought a set on ebay for a 1962 to 1970 series 200 to 500 thats what the ad said and they are differant they have the curved up part to fit the fender my fender has a flare so i removed the front sections and they still dont fit right and the brackets dont seem to fit???
