I'm retracting my guess that it might be MOPAR. I couldn't think of any other truck with suicide doors and the grill was vaguely similar to some later Chryslers.

Terraplane trucks had suicide doors, but I haven't found one that looks like that.

The fenders and differential look Ford-ish, but nothing else does.
