Don't know. Doesn't look familiar. Maybe, they used them during the rebuild as spacers.
I think showing the bits to the clutch people is a good idea. Then, if the clutch doesn't make noise, the pedal works normally and the transmission shifts OK, I would take the truck for a drive.
If everything seems OK, I would drive it.
