Tim H gave a great idea about how to salvage an older one.
Since a very high percentage of them (including the one I found) are rusted out in the lower 1/2, his idea involved swirling liquid epoxy resin in them and thus basically internally coating it for 1/8" to 1/4" all the way around.
I initially tried soldering all the pinholes shut, but it was too big a task. The epoxy worked like a charm.
With this trick, you can get by with a typical one, not search for the "needle in the haystack" one that might take years to find or be super $$$
