I would blow out or rod out the injector line going to #5 injector to verify it is not plugged. Then I would do a compression test on the engine to verify that #5 cylinder has the same compression as the others. If that checks out then I would swap that #5 injector with say #1 cyl. (don't use a cylinder adjacent to the one with the issue) and then see if #1 cyl. becomes the bad cylinder. Throwing a new set of injectors at this point in the diagnosis is a hair premature.
