Take the big nut off. An impact wrench works best, but a socket will work fine. You may have to kind of hold the pulley and rap the socket handle with a mallet to get it going.
The pulley center has two threaded holes. Not exactly sure of the size and thread. Just don't strip the holes out.
Two bolts in the holes and a simple puller work fine. I wouldn't try pulling on the outside of the pulley. That usually messes up the pulley.
Try Autozone or someplace similar if you don't have a puller. They loan them. Otherwise, the basic puller is cheap and a good thing to have around. Or, they are easy enough to make from a piece of scrap steel.
