Your buying gas made from crude with high sulfur content. The plugs appear glazed from carbon build up and hard acceleration. Sand blast or replace. If you're installing in cast iron, apply a couple drops of motor oil on the threats, anti-seize with aluminum. Never install a plug without lubrication or plugs with rust on the threads.
