I just did mine two weeks ago. On my 230 it is 65-70 foot pounds. I had the head milled flat before I installed it, and I also cut some bolts off, installed them in the block, and used them as guides when I put the gasket and head on. The machine shop who did my head said it had to be within 0.004", mine was slightly off so we shaved it.
I think almost everyone says to use the copper coat gasket sealer on the gasket, both sides. Also, be sure to put thread sealant on all the threads since they go into the block. That includes the two for the thermostat housing.
