Dave: I just learned something new again, thank you for posting. Unfortunately, due to my laziness, I won't be taking my NP200 apart one more time to install the safety wires "correctly" , but I will look for two additional bolts that secure the transfer case since mine only had two of the bolts with holes in them to start....
