Opening windshield on a WC?

I just found a 1/2 WC a few blocks from my house. It has a flatbed on it, but otherwise the cab looks complete. It still has the flathead in it. Can anyone tell me if the windshield cranks open like a civilian PW? It is the 1/2 ton closed cab model. Any info appreciated.
