Grab it first, stick it in the garage, and start looking. You probably couldn;t spend really serious modern-vehicle money on it if you tried.
I do see parts and stuff up on e-bay but this is the sort of Dodge history most of us don't even get a chance to own.
Offhand I'd think you could fix most of it with a hammer and make a new body with a sawblade. Only thing that would worry me would be the artillery-spoke wheels which are bound to be falling apart at that age.
We want to see pictures - after you get it home.
