marcus, i'v had good luck on frozen parts using candle wax, had the same prolem with the steering on my pw, i took the nut off ,heat the shaft, just hot enough to melt a few drops of wax down into the threads,plant both feet on the floorboards, start wigglingside to side good luck, dean in bishop, ca.
