Judd is it an intake or exhaust valve. If it's an exhaust valve try this. Idle the engine up a little t5hen take a 12 ounce soda can rinsed very good and fill it full of water. yes I said water. slowly dump the water into the carburator just slow enough to not stall the engine. the water will turn to steam which will clean all your carbon out anf hopefully the valve is stuck because there is a piece of carbon under it. Don't laugh it works. Dean
