It shouldn't be a problem. My '59 W-100 has 8-lug wheels all around, small knuckle front Dana 44. Even better, the brakes are the same size on all 4 wheels and the wheel cylinders are the same front and back. I don't know what the front drums came off though, they were like that when I bought it. I would guess that most parts are interchangeable for the small knuckle Dana 44. Maybe somebody else knows this....The rear is a '67 Dana 60.
