Tune-up Specs for a 230 Engine

Would someone be so kind as to inform me of the tune-up settings for the 230 engine in my B3PW? I have new plugs, wires, etc. and would like to get everything set right.

Also, I'm looking for a rebuild kit for the carborator. It's a Ball & Ball unit that sits on top of a governor. I can't find any numbers on it. Does anyone have an idea about what it is or how to better identify it? Even better, where can I get a kit to rebuild it?
