Old starters for ???

I just got 4 NOS starters with a bendix-type (screw) drive, but can't figure out what they're for or what they're worth. The nameplate says "Delco-Remy Series 35MT Type 65 model 1113325 24V, CW rot." Any ideas? Probably something that was still in use in the service in the 70s. I think they came out of the Bremerton Navy yard.
