Most likely some that were done for the construction/utility companies years back. Usually got the tilt front, a hard top, and a Nissan diesel engine. Looked at a couple years ago and they seemed well done. I think the same company also did some 6x6 trucks with the tilt front as I used to see water tankers on construction sites that looked similar.
