66 w200s power wagon

I have a 1966 2WD w200. Unknown mileage, rust in usual places, inline 6 engine, and three on the tree trans. Been used on the farm in ohio for a beater truck. Trying to decide if it's worth my time to even advertise it or just retire it for good. Still runs. Thinking maybe $1200? Am I nuts at that price? Any input is appreciated, Thanks Jack
