I took my broken off 1/2-Ton bumpers to the local steel yard (Patton Sales- Ontario, CA)and had them fabricate new ones (including cutting, labor, and materials) for about $25. They used flat steel plate and bent 'em up on a big press brake just like the originals.
I'll sell you a set for $75 + shipping......
