ANOTHER WDX BED QUESTION

On the forward face of the rear stake pockets, there is a pair of floating nuts, I think to hold a license plate/taillite bracket. Does anybody have an intact original example of this bracket that I could buy/borrow to replicate? Was there any kind of a "housing" to go along with it? Was there one on each side of the bed? I'm working out some of the details here on this WDX bed project and this is one item that I don't have. Thanks very much for your help
