Having never seen your cab in person and not being a body man I can only make an un-educated statement. It appears, from the picture, that the only major issue is that the roof is gone. Would it be possible to graft the roof from the other style truck onto yours? This was done on my '49. They grafted a 2 ton 2 wheel drive cab from the windshield pillars to rear floorboard. The fit is excellent. I don't know the extent of your cab damage nor do I know the ALL differences between the cab you have and the cabs from the smaller trucks. It seems it may be easier than finding a rare cab.
