Also VPW has a little book for a few bucks on repairing/replacing these trunion pins. The pins are identical to the original with a shoulder.
If your woodruff key has to be driven in the key way with a hammer, then it's good. If think your pin was about.004 off. Buy some .002 shim stock, cut it the same width as the cone and length allowing for the key, grease your trunion pin, and try driving the cone and shim stock on together. This will be the best fix outside of replacing the pin.
