An article on adopting a Ford 9N/2N/8N tractor belt pulley to the Dodge PW rear tail shaft & pillow block appears in the April, 1989 issue of Power Wagon Advetiser. That is one possible solution for using a belt pulley.
I am not aware of anyone who has found an original three point hydraulic lift for a PW, and no other 3 point hitch is readily adoptable. Nor am I aware of any published plans & specs for making your own rear tail shaft with pillow block, though someone may have made one.
