Don't know if this will help you out or not, but it sounded so familiar I thought I'd throw this at you: Go to the "Glove Box" of this site, and click on "Power Wagon Repower, by Dan O'Day". Towards the bottom of the article he talks about his radiator and the water actually boiling in the heads. He added a pressurized system with a bleed off tank, etc, and got rid of the overheating. Maybe you can take something from the article to help. Best of luck to you.
