Great, at least you know it's a fuel issue and not a cracked head, cylinder, or head gasket leaking coolant into the engine.
The gas station you buy your fuel from, do they sell a high volume of diesel or is it a small "mom & pa" station that just happens to have one or two diesel pumps? In general low volume stations have the most fuel quality issues, even if it is a name brand station.
Do you have any other diesel engines that are running fuel from the same station, are they having any fuel issues?
The new injectors will minimize the chance of a bad injector, but not eliminate it. It has also been my experience if they are aftermarket injectors that it is best to have the builder do the testing and not a third party injection shop. I'm not passing judgement, just trying to eliminate possible errors or confusion in testing specs. All injectors are not tested the same this is especially true with aftermarket injectors.
