I think the "flexible" frame of a PW is an asset in original form but now I see it as a liability - age and stress of 50,60, 70 years. A rigid platform/foundation with active suspension that moves, instead of frame, I believe works better due to the fact of disposables. Shocks, bushings, and springs are cheap compared to replacing a frame, right?
I love the fact a PW flexes, but after time, they break. Ask Dave Brownlow coming off Moab rim with a pair of ratchet straps holding Gus together. :)
