Reverse?

The transmission (crashbox) in my 55 FFPW will not go into reverse. It does shift into the 4 forward gears but I can't get it into reverse. The shift lever moves over as it should to the far right, but I can't get it to go back into the reverse position. Any ideas on what to look for?

This is just running through the gears with the truck off. Doesn't matter if I put the clutch in or not. I haven't been able to drive it yet because of brakes. I have moved it under its own power a few inches but don't want to get it moving for fear I won't be able to stop it. lol.
