I googled - shackle flip kit - there is lots of pictures .
Some folk just use the front frame hanger - from a rear set of springs - and bolt or weld it to a plate . this then gets attached in place of the rear hanger .
I think you could fab them up for pretty much any vehicle .
Cast spring hangers may need a total fab .
