take a pc of bar stock the same as the grill frame, cut it as long as the two sides ānd the top bend it like the grill on the top corners
weld it to the back side of the grill grind the weld flush or leave a nice gap between the two and leave a nice counter sunk bead between the two
drill the holes where you want then, just in case you need to raise it a hair to clear the winch and vala nice beefy extended grill
if you donīt need to raise it leave it at the same height it was----looks more better
