I was thinking about this.

I think the hubs are steel so why couldn't you weld up the lug holes and then drill the power wagon pattern. I would maybe consider a round plug welded in since filling a hole that size would likely cause warping but I can't really think of a reason you couldn't weld on the hubs.

One alternative is I would bet you can fit pw spindles on a dana 60 outer with a little machine work which would then accept the hub with stock bearings. The disadvadage is you can't fit the 35 spline outers through the pw spindle but the stock 30 spline will fit fine. Also would have to find a lockout that would accept 30 spline and fit the 6 bolt pw hub. A few years ago when looking to upgrade my m37 axles I spoke with dan shockley about his warn reproduction hubs and he thought he could do a custom axle spline with the power wagon hub. Retaining the axles might be a little problem also since the 60s use a snap ring on the end of the shaft to hold pull the outer out and seal against the back of the spindle. I personally would solve this by trying to fit the 60 bearing in the pw spindle and then filling the enitire spindle with grease and not worrying about a snap ring. I wouldn't recommend this method if you will see lots of mud.
