diffs are plenty strong-- go 4.89 and just make some stronger axles
the axle shafts(not the spline) could be almost a 1/4 in. thicker and better metal, the thicker shaft would lend more support to the splines
and one could also redo the diff for fine splines and put a cup like the front with fine splines
i think the thicker shaft and better metal would make the stock spline a lot stronger
