looks to me that there is nuff room without moving the grill with the low fan but you may have to move the fill spout and as you say and other spouts
but if you do not want to have to move the fill spout anymore (you may not even half to) just notch the length of the bottom frame of the grill where the radiator is hitting it enuff to give you the clearance you need to swing the bottom out that much more forward
you may need to notch the middle frame rail a tad also in order to move it as far forward as you need to on the bottom
the top there should be clearance for the full thickness of the grill
