I don't do much ebay buying, but I can relate to the paperwork BS at work.
We're not allowed to keep older prints or job notes in our work area anymore. New prints have to printed out for each run and thrown away when we're finished. God forbid if we write anything on them, either. No conversions, feeds, nothing.

It's all about eliminating the need for skilled labor.
