Oil VIscosity and Capacity. Battery Size 12V

So I'm about to put my freshly rebuilt 230 back on the frame. Cant wait!!
From the research I have done, some guys are running 20-50 and others are running a less viscous oil. Does anyone know what Dodge originally put in the motors for oil. 15-40 20-50 etc...

I researched the capacity and all I could find was 5 quarts.

I switched over to 12v thanks to Vintage Power. What size battery (cc and cca) should I be looking for. I plan on running a few etra lights and radio etc.
