i too have been thinking about this for along time and remember seeing the cadillac driving around the us with the fire box on a trailer
balsawood probabley grows faster than any tree on the planet and what i notice about it is when you harvest little trees which grow like weeds say maybe only 4 or 5 inchen in diameter including all the smaller diameter branches and burn it with the bark it releases a blue flame like--blew me away---worth looking into
