looking for running Dodge 251 motor

I have a chance to buy a 1965 dodge WM300 but the motor is stuck. Does anyone know what general cost is to redue this motor or if i am able to get the motor free to rering it?? If not i would be interested in purchasing a good running dodge 251 flat head motor if anyone had one for sale. THanks for any help
