When Obama got elected the first time, most ALL the ammo manufactures were backlogged with orders. This was a double whammy as the war effort was already running ATK, Olin, Lake City and others at full production. Shortages were happening then as we couldn't keep the tooling to them. At that time we heard they were 6 months behind running at top production.
Hoarding will happen again and prices will go up. When they had the clip ban the first time that happened and will again.
It might make a whole bunch of people start making "things" again in small shops. America needs to get back to being a producing entity instead of mainly consuming.
