rear engine support bolts etc

so i forgot how the rear bolts on the flywheel housing are made up.. i bought some rubber insulators from vpw but im not sure which way they face... one side is flat and the other is flat with a 1/2'' rubber tube protruding pad face where the bolt passes through. which way does the tube side go?.....

so the bolt head and spring sit on top of the housing and below that is the insulator and frame, cotter pin, then the nut..
