I know if you look online the major welder brands will have a service manual you can download for your welder. Blowing out the liner, cleaning the pinch rollers, and electrical connections are some things that come to mind. It only takes a few minutes and worth a try before replacing parts. DO NOT lubricate the liner or wire, the residue will contaminate the weld.
